PH probe troubleshooting: Technical intervention and immediate replacement.

Hello,
I ordered a pH probe on 06/05. And since its replacement, I have been having pH issues. This morning, I had a specialized company come and during the calibration, the new probe indicates pH 7 and pH 4 at 75%. According to the technician, the probe is not good.
The technician gave me a new one and took the faulty one with him. Will it be possible to have another one as a replacement for the faulty one?
