Client:
Hello. When I place my probe in a pH 7 solution while the phileo is set to 7.4, the phileo receives the command to inject pH-. It should be the opposite. When I press the selection button for more than two seconds to calibrate my probe, the 7.2 and 7.6 lights flash along with the two red arrows. My pH7 solution is new, so I suspect the probe. What do you think?

IS MY PH PROBE OUT OF SERVICE? To check if your pH probe is working, you can:
1) Dip the probe in a glass of water
2) Read the pH value
3) Add vinegar to the water
4) Read the pH value again. How can I read the pH value on the phileo?
Technical Advisor:
Look at the lights.
Client:
OK, I will do that and come back.
Technical Advisor:
Yes, it's the probe.
Client:
