Troubleshooting Technical Issues with the Redox Probe: Customer Support Guide

I received the redox probe in yesterday's mail. Unfortunately, despite following the installation instructions (normally), the display on the unit is showing 00 this morning. I recalibrated it, which confirmed that the probe is working fine, but nothing has changed, it still shows 00. Any idea what could be causing this? Just to be sure, I checked the cell with my multimeter and the voltage is correct. Thank you for your help.

I just came back from my neighbor's house and got the same reading, 00. Did he place an order (Mr. Baylet, 2 rue des fantonnières), because he told me he would mention me as the recipient of his order as I will be installing it for him?
