Resolution of a Technical Issue with a pH Probe for JUSTSALT DUO: Dialogue between Customer and Advisor

Client: I purchased a pH probe for JUSTSALT DUO on April 26, 2022. While I was calibrating the probe, I received an error message even though the probe was in the pH 10 buffer solution. How is this possible? Thank you for your prompt response. Best regards, Jacques TRICOT
