Dialogue between a customer and a technical advisor

Customer:
I'm looking for a probe for orpheo 2.
Redox, rx probe for orpheo 2.
Thank you.
Also.
My pump is running but not sucking in any chlorine. I've changed the hose on both ends, and still no suction, that's why I'm ordering an RX probe. Could my probe be faulty?
I've tried everything, I'm desperate.
Seems like it. I've also replaced it. Could it be the chlorine tablets?
Okay, thanks for the information, I'll double-check this afternoon. Have a good day.

Technical Advisor:
Hello.
A pH or redox probe?
One moment.

Have a good day.
No.
If the pump is running, it should be sucking in.
Difficult to say what's happening remotely.
Is the hose getting crushed when the pump is running?
It's possible, but usually it's caused by air getting in between the container and the pump.
