Calibration of pH probes: Ready-to-use does not mean without intervention.

Excuse me, but I just read in the probe description:

"Ready to use instantly: Our probe is shipped in a bottle with an exclusive storage solution for immediate use."

This contradicts our previous conversation...

Technical Advisor:

"Ready to use" means that they can measure directly because they are in a special liquid. But this does not prevent calibration.

Calibration cannot be done beforehand as it also depends on your regulator.

Some probes are delivered "dry" and in that case, they need to be soaked in water for 24 hours before use.

Client:

For me, "ready to use" meant that it could be installed without any intervention considering the circumstances.
