Hello, I have been using a pH regulation system from pHoenix for 2 years, and now when calibrating during the restart, I am getting an error message. I assume that the pH probe is defective, as the device shows a value during a test (BNC input shorted). Is your probe identical to the old probe? Meaning, does it have the same diameter of the glass bulb so that no new probe holder needs to be installed? Thank you for the information.
