Client:
Hi, I’m looking to buy two new probes, for ph and redux. For my Hayward Flo Advanced regulator.
At your website, you seem to have different versions of the Flo Advanced regular, I've seen 8, 22 and 50.
I don’t understand what this number means, I see no reference to a number on my regulator or the manual to my regulator.
Oh, okay. So I have a 4x8m pool. I guess that's 50 I need then?
Ok. So all works.
Do you also have redux fluid for calibration?
I have my redux at 640 normally, 640-700.
Oh.. then I don't know. It's the first time I do this.
Im sorry I only have the Swedish manual.
Is number you asked for, is that 465 ?
Thank you for your help!
When I look at the images of your probes, it has an adapter to plugin into the regulator. But on my regulators original probes, the cable has no adapter, the two small cables inside the black one, is connected straight into the motherboard of the regulator. If I could upload an image I would.

I actually could upload. I have my fingers on the cables for the ph and redux probes, this is the regulator when I have opened it up.
You are correct! Thank you!
I will definitely recommend your service and company. Thanks for the help.
One last question… When it says orp, it's the same as redox right?
Thank you!
Technical Advisor:
Hi, One second.
There are the sames!
The number is just the swimming pool volume which have no impact in the probes.
Yes.
You are welcome.
Yes, which value do you use?
I mean for calibration not the setting, It is written on the solution you have now.
Ok, do you have the manual?
If not give me your email, I will send that info when I will be in office later this morning.
That is ok.

Yes, just click on the links.
You are welcome!👍
No, look. Can you see the blue connector? Just press it a little bit turn it about 1/4 turn and the down. That is a classical BNC. And I think the black one next to the blue is the redox do the same.
👍
ORP is the English word for RedOx.
