In general the manufacturers say 1 year. In fact you can proceed to the following tests:

IS MY PH PROBE OUT OF SERVICE?
To check if your pH probe is working, you can:

  1. Dip the probe in a glass of water

  2. Read the pH value

  3. Add vinegar to the water

  4. Read the pH value again

If the pH value drops by 1 or 2 pH units then your probe is most likely working.

Warning: If your probe is old. It may not take time!

In order to check if your RedOx sensor is working, you can:

  1. Dip the probe in a glass of water

  2. Read the value in mV

  3. Add salt to the water

  4. Read the mV value again

If the mV value drops more than 100 mV then your probe is most likely working.

Warning: If your probe is old. It may not take time!

In this case it is advisable to change to be quiet, But sometimes our pH and RedOx probes hold 5 to 6 years especially if they are in water all year round

On your device you do not see the value of RedOX?

So I have to put the probe back to the original place after dipping it in the glass
