Hello, last year in March I bought a pH probe from you for regul ph xp 00. After wintering, the probe is no longer working. It was taken out by a professional for winter storage and kept in storage solution, as we have been doing every year since 2018. So far, everything has always worked. This time, the probe always shows a value of 6.1, and recalibrating with the appropriate buffer solution always results in an error! Can you help us?
