Avady Redox Regulator: Should the 15mg/l stabilizer limit be respected after changing the probe?

Hello, we have an avady redox controller and the documentation states not to exceed 15mg/l of stabilizer. We have replaced the probes because they were defective and ordered them from your website (ph and redox). Should this instruction still be followed or is it possible to increase the stabilizer level? The consumption of liquid chlorine is quite high due to the low stabilizer value.

What redox value are you reading?

Client:
It depends on the periods (we had done a shock treatment with active oxygen), normally we are between 680 and 700.

Technical Advisor:
If you have done this treatment, you need to wait a few days for it to balance out.

Client:
We did it several weeks ago, the values before and after balance out between 680 and 700 on average. I did not take into account the values from the period with the oxygen shock.

Technical Advisor:
So you have a redox value of 680?

Client:
Yes

Technical Advisor:
If you put the probe in the standard solution, what value do you read?

Client:
We did it last week and we had a difference of 15mv.

Technical Advisor:
15 mv compared to the standard value?

Client:
Yes, we had 490 instead of 475.

Technical Advisor:
What is your target redox value?

Client:
But the displayed probe quality was still 100%.

Technical Advisor:
The probe is measuring correctly.
