Troubleshooting pH Probe Calibration Issues: A Step-by-Step Guide

Client:
Hi, my pH probe is causing me trouble. I'm trying to calibrate it, but I come nowhere near 7.0 when I put the probe in the pH 7.0 solution.

I tried to but that's the problem. If I put the probe in the pH 7.0 bottle it only goes down to 7.9.
