Resolution of an error on Orpheo 2: Practical guide and troubleshooting steps

Good evening, I have an error message on my orpheo 2, "ERR ORP+PH". I have checked the installation, recalibrated 3 times, in reg no error message, and in on it runs for 30 seconds and then error message.

Cool these tips, but I calibrate them in ph7-9 solutions and the other 650mv, they react immediately and I have the correct values, that's what I don't understand. Is there a way to reset this device? Reset.
