The wintering solution is a solution with a pH close to 4 which is the ideal pH for storing the probes. This is the solution in which our probe is delivered. Water (from the tap) can actually work but is not as efficient and especially its chemical composition can be harmful depending on your location.

Bjr I have a ZODIAC TRI-Pro 14 electrolyser bought at the end of 2015. For the next watering (April 2021) and the calibration of the probes, I would be interested in purchasing pH7.5 Buffer solutions and ORP Sensor 700mV buffer solution. It seems to me that you have pH 7 and 650mV calibration solution. Could these products do the trick for calibrating my probes? If yes, could you please confirm their price and delivery time? Thank you. Cdt

At this time, I am not considering purchasing replacement probes. Otherwise, please tell me the 2 types necessary for my needs, if necessary ...

Hello,

To follow up on our messaging discussion, please find the link of the solutions you need below.

For the probe:

If your probes look like this:

then you have to choose this one:

Thank you Mr MICHAUD for your quick and precise answer.

In my remarks, I made a mistake about the Zodiac electrolysis reference type / model: It is a TRI 18 electrolyser + a Zodiac TRI PRO pH regulation (and not Zodiac TRI Pro 14 which never existed .. .) I believe. Indeed, it is indeed this type of probe that I have, which you specify in your email. On the other hand, the values ??proposed by you in your calibration solutions are very slightly different from those mentioned and delivered in the 2 initial falacons when I ordered. Is it legitimate ...?

Before possibly ordering from your company, I would still have 2 relevant questions to submit to you:

1 / Regarding the usefulness of purchasing a wintering solution for these 2 types of probes, on the manufacturer's instructions it is just specified to leave the cells immersed in water during the winter without further precision. I would like to know what is the nature / characteristics of your wintering solution ...? your product reference: Reference PH-HI-50

2 / In the future hypothesis of the renewal of my 2 existing probes, you gave me the following model:

PH probe for Zodiac Tri PRO pH after 2014 € 79.00  Tax incl.

.... but I also think that I would also need to replace the 2nd probe by the following model proposed by your company:

RedOX probe for Zodiac Tri PRO after 2014 € 99.00 TTC // Mark PH redOx probe // Reference ORP-1-3-0457

Thank you for your additional information on these 2 subjects. Best regards,
