Jan 07, 2023, 4:09 pm OK - thanks. One more question. We use the pool all year round - including winter, when it is below 0C - maybe that the reason the probe is broken after only 18 months? Do you have an idea for winter storage - I saw you have "winter solution". Will that help maintain the probe and extent lifetime?
Olivier Michaud Jan 07, 2023, 4:12 pm No , I don 't think so .if the water did not froze then it is ok. The wintering solution is used by people who are closing pool during the winter
Olivier Michaud Jan 07, 2023, 4:13 pm 18 month is quite short but it can happen, a probe is like a battery
Jan 07, 2023, 4:13 pm OK - thank you. I keep the circulation on in order for the equipment not to freeze (when below 0c).
Jan 07, 2023, 4:13 pm OK - thanks. I will order now. You send to Denmark.
