Tips for troubleshooting ProPilot pH probe issues in swimming pools.

Hello,

Hello

Client:
I have a propilot PH probe that measures my pH from time to time because I think it is not long enough. I think it should dive into the center of the pipework and not just into the probe body?

Technical Advisor:
The end of the probe needs to be submerged in water (approx. 20 mm)

Client:
Yes, but during my installation with a pool specialist, we unpacked the probe from its packaging and it was smaller than the Chlorine probe. I found this strange because the Chlorine probe dives well into the pipework unlike the pH probe?

Technical Advisor:
One moment, I'm on the line

Technical Advisor:
Can you send me a photo of where the probes are installed?

Client:
Photo

Technical Advisor:
The probe holders please

Client:
I'm not on site, I just took a screenshot of my camera in the pool room

Technical Advisor:
OK. Sorry, but I can't see it.

Technical Advisor:
I think you have this setup
