Problems with the Zodiac PH Expert Probe: Technical Support and Solutions

Hello, I bought a probe and I'm having error issues with it.

I bought a probe for zodiac ph expert and initially it calibrated well but now it gives an error and when trying to calibrate it, it says probe ok in buffer 7 but gives an error in buffer 4 and the machine always shows 7.1.

I would like to have it replaced under warranty or be told what the problem could be. The probe seems to be in perfect condition.

I have tried calibrating it with a new buffer solution and it still doesn't work.
