Understanding the Impedance Difference between PH Bio UV Probes and Bio UV Tempo

Mine is black. What is the difference with the bio uv tempo? Impedance... what does that mean?

There is a slight difference in impedance with the bio uv tempo, but both will work. Impedance is the electrical resistance.
