Hello

Client:
The oh recalabration fluid has arrived so I will clean the probe with water and leave the probe in the solution for 24 hours is this correct

Technical Advisor:
Useless, no need to clean or to wait. It should measure right away.

Client:
So I put it in the solution and measure for the c100 result

Technical Advisor:
Yes

Client:
Also I may need the 2 pipes from the dosing pump to the ph- and to the one valve. How long should these tubes be? One way valve. And which side of the dosing pump is the inlet and out let if you're looking from the front as my ph- bottle is getting fuller so maybe I have them the wrong way round or the one way valve is not working correctly?

Technical Advisor:
Look at the rotation, water is going in the same way. Or make trial.

Client:
Ok I have it the correct way but somehow the ph- bottle is filling up very confusing. I need a new one way valve and some tube but I think you need 2 different types one for the ph- bottle to the dosing pump and a different tube from the dosing pump to the one way valve and I’m not sure what length they should be. Do you sell these items?

Technical Advisor:
Yes. I see! Injector for pH MINUS or liquid chlorine peristaltic pump.

Client:
I have for ph- minus

Technical Advisor:
We don't sell that, I'm going to try to find a Spanish website for you.

Client:
I have the pump but I need the one way valve and tubes
