Problem solving with the Akeron DUO SALT REGUL4 Rx electrolyzer: Calibration and probe testing guide.

Client:

Hello, I have an Akeron DUO SALT REGUL4 Rx electrolyzer but nothing is working. The calibration with solution 7 has been done and is saved, but the calibration of the redox probe is not saved. It seems to change all the time in the regulator menu calibration, and it can go up to 465 or 475 once validated. After running the filtration for 48 hours, it only went up to 550. When I go to the menu, it indicates a redox probe calibration of 625 mV. The chlorine test with tablets and test strips is correct. What should I do?

Thank you for your response.

Best regards

Hello,

I think it is necessary to test the probes first.

Okay, I will try and get back to you.

OK

Client:

Hello, I'm getting back to you. I tested the probe in a glass of normal water and the electrolyzer displays 0 and goes into default mode. I added salt to it, but still nothing happens. When I put it in the 468 mV solution, it goes up to 12 mV.
