Problem-solving after changing pipes on a hydra pH regulator.

Hello, how do I prime the regulator after changing the hoses and peristaltic pump? It's running but nothing is being sucked in.

It's a hydra ph regulator. Ever since we changed the container, we've been having this issue. So we changed the peristaltic tube, the suction and injection hoses, but it's still running empty.

We've checked and changed everything. Could it be the rollers?

Yes, the same ones. Do you know how to remove the roller holder?

Often, it's a pierced or improperly installed hose.
