-It is preferable to calibrate this depends on the pH probe / pH regulator pair.

If you want to try not to calibrate then try the following manipulation.

-Put your probe connected to the pH regulator in a pH 7 buffer solution (or other)

If the value on your regulator is between 6.8 and 7.2 pH then you can start.
